Strengthen your core and improve your balance ability through mostly standing exercises. Increasing your overall body awareness, core strength, and balance, which will improve confidence in performing everyday activities.

COVID-19 Safety:

    • Chairs are placed at a 6ft. distance
    • Everyone must wear a mask
    • Exercise equipment and chairs are sanitized after each use
    • Chairs and equipment are then put in storage and brought back out morning of exercise class
